Under the Tarrakki Project, daily sports activities are playing a vital role in promoting teamwork, leadership, discipline, healthy growth and development, improved concentration, emotional well-being, positive thinking, and social development among adolescents aged 12–19 years. A total of 905 boys and girls are actively enrolled in various sports disciplines, including Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Cricket, Football, Long Jump, ShotPut, and Athletics (Race). The sports sessions are conducted under the guidance of Sports ACFs and are held twice daily—from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The programme has witnessed encouraging participation, with an average daily attendance of 70–80 percent. Through these activities, young people are not only improving their physical fitness but also building confidence, social responsibility, and leadership skills that contribute to their overall development and make collective decisions.
