Agragami India, with the support of HCL Foundation, successfully organized World Contraceptive Day in Noida across three locations—Barola PHC, Chotpur UPHWC, and Hoshiarpur Anganwadi (with the coordination of NalandWay Foundation). A total of 69 participants (55 women and 14 men), 4 ASHA workers, 2 ANMs, and 1 MOIC actively took part in the program.

The event aimed to promote and encourage informed contraceptive choices and dispel myths. Interactive activities—including self-introductions, a balloon exercise, and a quiz—helped participants engage meaningfully and learn in an enjoyable way.

Several participants also shared their positive experiences after adopting contraceptive methods, highlighting how family planning has improved their health, reduced stress, and brought happiness to their families. One participant expressed, “Family planning has given us peace of mind and allowed us to provide better care for our children.” These real-life stories served as strong motivation for others to make informed choices.

By the end of the session, participants not only strengthened their knowledge but also committed to practicing family planning and spreading awareness in their communities.
