Aviranjan Barnwal
Program Director
Aviranjan Barnwal, Program Director of Agragami, is a development professional with over 15 years of experience across multi-thematic projects- education, health, youth empowerment, and livelihoods- in multiple states of India. He is a graduate of XIM Bhubaneswar’s program in rural managment. He is experienced in program design, implementation and monitoring.He has worked with diverse stakeholders, including multilateral agencies (World Bank, UNFPA), CSR partners (HDFC, Boeing, Nestle), NGOs, and government departments.
Ajendra Sirohi
STATE Program Manager, Delhi NCR
Ajendra Sirohi leads Agragami India’s portfolio of projects in the National Capital Region. Curently the portfolio includes family planning, adolescent maternal child heath, early childhood development and self-defence. He is a skilled trainer in self-defence.


Sanjay Kumar Mandal
Manager, Administration & Budgets
Sanjay Mandal is Agragami India’s Manager, Administration and Budgets. He also leads The Bodhgaya Hotel School, a social project of Agragami India, set up for training underprivileged young people for employment in the hospitality industry.
Harish Chandra Pant
Project Manager, NOIDA
Harish Chandra Pant leads Agragami India’s adolescent, maternal and child health and family planning project in NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh. He is an expert trainer and family planning counselor.


Manikant Bhushan
Program Manager, Bihar
Manikant Bhushan, with a post graduate degree in social work, has extensive experience in varied fields of maternal and child health, infant nutrition, reproductive health and family planning, and adolescent reproductive and sexual health. He is skilled in leading teams in field research, capacity building, training of frontline workers, project implementation, team management and coordinating with donors. The achievement of project objectives and planned outcomes along with required change in behaviour are a testament to his knowledge, experience and leadership skills.
Tripurari Singh
Livelihoods Program Manager
Tripurari Singh manages Agragami India’s Livelihoods Program in Bodhgaya, supporting women from marginalized communities to take up home-based activities that supplement their income. His initiatives include kitchen gardening, goat and pig rearing, and the adoption of environmentally friendly agricultural practices to enhance productivity. He has also created valuable linkages between project beneficiaries and various government and non-government services, schemes, and programs, thereby strengthening the impact and sustainability of their activities.
