Agragami India conducted 12 batches of two half-day life-planning training sessions for Class VIII students, with 215 adolescents participating from seven villages. The main purpose of this training was to highlight how life-planning training sessions helped Class VIII adolescents develop self-awareness, set SMART goals, and create practical action plans, enabling them to pursue their dreams confidently and grow into responsible, independent, and positive contributors to society.

The training helped students understand that their dreams can become achievable through clear goals, self-awareness, and practical life planning. They learned to identify their strengths, address weaknesses, set SMART goals, and create step-by-step plans that build confidence and guide decision-making.

The sessions emphasized that education and financial independence bring direction, stability, and dignity to life. With early guidance, adolescents can dream confidently, use opportunities wisely, and grow into responsible and positive change-makers in society.
