The 4th and final batch of the residential training program for Creche Caregivers under the Creche Project was held from 13th to 16th April 2026 at Bodhgaya Regency Hotel, Mastipur, with the participation of 16 caregivers. With this training, the project has successfully completed the training of the targeted 80 Creche Caregivers who will operate across 40 creche centers.
Prior to the residential training, the team also organized a one-day exposure visit to operational creche centers to help participants better understand field-based activities.
Through this training, caregivers enhanced their knowledge and skills in providing safe, nurturing, and development-oriented care for children aged 7 months to 3 years. The training covered key aspects such as child health and nutrition, early childhood care and development, hygiene and sanitation practices, safety measures, and maintaining a child-friendly environment and record keeping at the creche centers.
