The Agragami team conducted five focus group discussions over two days in Noida, engaging a total of 50 adolescents from the community. These discussions explored participants’ career ambitions, interests, and aspirations, with a particular focus on opportunities within the hospitality industry. The sessions also gathered critical insights on program logistics to ensure it is designed in a way that is both accessible and responsive to the needs of the communities it serves. The findings will directly inform the development of an optimised hospitality training program aimed at facilitating meaningful and sustainable employment for adolescents in these areas.
