Under the Uday Project, supported by HCL Foundation, Agragami India conducted a digital household survey in May 2026, covering 7,072 households across its intervention areas in Noida. During the survey, 1,770 households were found locked, while 1,180 households were occupied primarily by men, students, or other non-target groups and therefore did not have eligible beneficiaries for the programme.
The survey identified 1,094 adolescents, 264 married adolescent women, 297 pregnant women, 45 postpartum women, 3,286 eligible couples, and 1,905 children under six years of age.
The use of real-time digital data collection enabled accurate beneficiary mapping and cohort creation, helping the field team plan targeted outreach activities, improve service delivery, and ensure timely follow-up of priority groups. This data-driven approach is strengthening community health interventions and enhancing the effectiveness of health and nutrition services in the project areas.
