The final batch of Creche Caregivers Training under the Creche Project was held at Musarsabda Dangra Centre from 12th to 16th June, including a one-day exposure visit and four days of non-residential training.
Altogether, nine caregivers participated in interactive sessions involving group discussions, role plays, practical demonstrations, and hands-on exercises. The exposure visit provided practical insights into creche operations, complemented by structured learning sessions.
The training enhanced participants’ knowledge, confidence, and skills, enabling them to manage creche centers more effectively and improve childcare service delivery. With this all the target of training 80 Caregivers have been completed.
