Three days staff training of the Rural Creche Initiative was held from 16 – 18 September, 2025 organized by Azim Premji Foundation at Samagra Seva Training Hall, Jamui District, Bihar. The training was attended by 14 members including 9 staffs from the project team.
The outcomes from the training were that the staff are able to understand the Creche centers, monitoring, project documentation, staff’s role and responsibility, understanding related to children’s physical, mental, social, emotional and language development and the community involvement for smooth operations of the project.
