In collaboration with HCLFoundation (the CSR arm of HCLTech) and the Noida Health Department, Agragami India is working to strengthen grassroots coverage of prenatal care and improve access to essential maternal and child health services.
Under this initiative, the field team conducted ‘line listing’ of households in selected areas and updated the registry of pregnant women. They also identified women who required timely registration, medical check-ups, and vaccinations. Through community-level outreach, the team helped connect eligible beneficiaries with the appropriate health services.
In September, we successfully achieved the following:Our field team reached over 166 pregnant women through regular home visits, providing counseling on early registration, vaccination, iron supplementation, nutrition, institutional delivery, and postpartum family planning.
