Agragami India’s with the support of HCLFoundation (CSR arm of HCLTech) in collaboration with the Noida Health Department, is working at the grassroots level to strengthen immunization coverage and improve access to essential maternal and child health services.
As part of the initiative, the field team conducted line listing in selected households in intervantion areas and update a list of children under five years of age and identified children and pregnant women who were due for essential vaccinations. Through community-level outreach, the field team helped connect eligible beneficiaries with appropriate health services.
In this month we successfully do the following:-
Alongside vaccination services, the team also provided awareness and counselling on modern contraceptive methods. Community members were encouraged to understand the importance of small family norms and maintaining an appropriate birth spacing between children.
Through these integrated efforts, Agragami India and HCLFoundation continue to support healthier families, improved maternal and child health, and stronger communities.
