On the occasion of World Clean-up Day, Agragami India, supported by HCLFoundation (CSR arm of HCLTech), organized 20 interactive group discussion sessions across all six intervention locations, engaging 316 community members in meaningful conversations on cleanliness, hygiene, and responsible waste management.
The sessions highlighted the importance of personal and household hygiene, proper waste segregation, responsible waste disposal, reducing single-use plastics, and maintaining clean surrounding. Through interactive discussions and community participation, the initiative encouraged individuals and families to recognize that a cleaner environment begins with everyday choices and collective action.
A key focus of the sessions was to promote sustainable cleanliness practices as a part of daily life from managing household waste responsibly and minimizing plastic use to keeping homes and communities clean and healthy.
The sessions concluded with all participants taking a cleanliness pledge, committing to put their learnings into practice and encourage others to adopt healthier and more responsible cleanliness habits.
Together, communities are taking meaningful steps towards a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable future.
