2nd Batch of 4 days residential 20 Creche Caregiver Training from 10 villages from 27-30th January 2026 at Regency Hotel Bodhgaya was successfully conducted to strengthen the capacity of caregivers engaged in community-based creches across project villages in Mohanpur Block, Bihar. The training aimed to enhance caregivers’ knowledge, skills, and confidence in delivering safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care for young children.
The training covered key aspects of rural creche operations, including early childhood care and development (ECCD), age-appropriate play and learning activities, nutrition and feeding practices, hygiene and sanitation, child safety, and basic health monitoring. ensuring regular attendance, and engaging parents and community members in creche functioning.
Participants expressed increased confidence in managing creche activities and committed to applying the learnings in their respective Creche centres.
