A comprehensive adolescent health training workshop was organized under the Tarakki Project to enhance awareness among adolescents aged 12–14 years on puberty, physical and emotional changes, personal hygiene, and nutrition. The session began with a pre-orientation and participant introduction activity, followed by discussions and participatory exercises to identify concerns and perceptions related to adolescence. Facilitators guided participants through body-mapping and storytelling sessions to help them understand the process of physical and emotional growth, menstrual hygiene management for girls, and nocturnal emission and genital hygiene for boys. The workshop also covered the importance of balanced nutrition, prevention of anaemia, and healthy lifestyle practices during adolescence.
